Términos y condiciones

Al contratar un servicio Usted manifiesta conocer y aceptar en su integridad estos términos y condiciones (en adelante, las “Condiciones de Venta del Servicio”), de Son Vida Golf, SLU (en adelante “la Titularidad” o “Arabella Golf”).

El uso del Servicio atribuye a quien lo realiza la condición de usuario del mismo (en adelante, “el Usuario”) e implica la aceptación íntegra de estos Términos y Condiciones. En caso de no estar de acuerdo con todo o parte de estos Términos y Condiciones, el Usuario debe abstenerse de utilizar el Servicio.

Por medio de la aceptación de los presentes Términos y Condiciones, el Usuario manifiesta:

Que ha leído, entiende y comprende lo aquí expuesto.
Que asume todas las obligaciones aquí dispuestas y en el Aviso Legal
Que es mayor de edad y tiene la capacidad legal suficiente para utilizar el Servicio.

Estos Términos de Uso serán aplicables a los Usuarios a partir de la fecha indicada en el inicio de este documento.

Registro de usuarios

Puede registrarse como usuario mediante la opción “Crear una nueva cuenta”, mediante el menú ENTRAR o durante el proceso de compra.

Precios

Nuestros precios tienen incluido el 21% del IVA.

Nuestra política de cancelación:

Cancelaciones realizadas 0-7 días antes de la primera fecha de juego, se cobrará el 100%.
Cancelaciones realizadas 8-30 días antes de la primera fecha de juego, se cargará el 50%.
Cancelaciones hechas con más de 30 días antes de la fecha de juego, serán canceladas de forma gratuita.

Ofertas que incluyen Buggy

Para aquellas ofertas que incluyen el Buggy, éste queda sujeto a disponibilidad.

Los paquetes combinados son indivisibles y deben ser usados el mismo día

Formas de pago y garantía de pago seguro

El método de pago aceptado será con tarjeta VISA y Mastercard.

Se utilizan TPV virtuales con autenticación, donde son las entidades bancarias las encargadas de verificar la autentificación de la tarjeta y de la protección de los datos bancarios. Este sistema es utilizado actualmente por Visa (Verified by Visa) y Mastercard (MasterCard SecureCode).

Cuando realice el pago de su pedido se le redirigirá al sitio web correspondiente a su tarjeta. Se trata de un paso adicional que ha añadido una normativa europea para mejorar tu seguridad cuando se realizan compras online

By contracting a service you declare to be familiar with these terms and conditions (hereinafter, the ‘Conditions of Sale of the Service’) of Son Vida Golf, SLU (hereinafter ‘the Owner’ or ‘Arabella Golf’) and accept them in their entirety.

The use of the Service confers on you the status of user of the Service (hereinafter, ‘the User’) and implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. If the User does not agree with all or part of these Terms and Conditions, s/he must refrain from using the Service.

By accepting these Terms and Conditions, the User hereby declares:

That you have read, understand and comprehend the foregoing.
That you accept all the obligations set forth herein and in the Legal Notice.
That you are of legal age and have sufficient legal capacity to use the Service.

These Terms of Use shall be applicable to Users as of the date indicated at the beginning of this document.

You can register as a user through the ‘Create a new account’ option, through the LOG IN menu or during the checkout process.

Prices

Our prices include 21% VAT.

Our cancellation policy:

Cancellations made 0-7 days prior to the first date of play will be charged 100%.
Cancellations made 8-30 days prior to the first date of play will be charged 50%.
Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the date of play will be cancelled free of charge.

Deals that include a buggy

Deals that include a buggy are subject to availability.

Combined packages are indivisible and must be used on the same day.

Mit der Zustimmung zu diesen allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen erklärt der Nutzer:

dass er ihren Inhalt gelesen, verstanden und zur Kenntnis genommen hat,
dass er alle in ihnen enthaltenen und in den rechtlichen Hinweisen genannten Verpflichtungen erfüllt und
dass er volljährig ist und die erforderliche Geschäftsfähigkeit zur Nutzung des Service aufweist.

Die vorliegenden Nutzungsbedingungen gelten für die Nutzer ab dem am Anfang dieses Dokuments angegebenen Datum.

Unsere Preise verstehen sich inklusive 21% Mehrwertsteuer.

Unsere Stornierungsbedingungen:

Bei einer Stornierung, die 0-7 Tage vor dem ersten Spieltermin erfolgt, werden 100 % berechnet.
Bei einer Stornierung, die 8-30 Tage vor dem ersten Spieltermin erfolgt, werden 50 % berechnet.
Stornierungen, die mehr als 30 Tage vor dem Spieltermin erfolgen, sind kostenlos.
